To share information with you about upcoming events, funding, investment and upskilling opportunities, access to recruit new talent, learn about the latest innovations and connect and collaborate with other organisations in Tayside.

- Sector/Industry Focus: (e.g., Games, MedTech, Agri etc.)

- Product/Service: (e.g., Agency, SAAS, hardware product, could be multiple)
- Local Authority Area
- Age of Business: (e.g., 1-5 years, 6-10 years, 11+ years)

- Signed up member: yes/no
- Level of membership: group/committee
- Sponsorship requests: yes/no
- Speaker requests: yes/no
How we get your personal information and why we collect it
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for the reason(s) stated above
We may share this information with other members of the Tay Cities Digital Ecosystem group for collaboration purposes.
Under Article 6 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored at Abertay University.
We keep your personal information for the duration of your membership and for a further period of 12 months. We will then dispose this information by securely deleting it from our database

Your right to rectification – You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

Your right to object to processing – You have the the right to object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
